Background - Juvenile Dependency Mediation Program

The Juvenile Mediation Program (Dependency Cases) is a collaborative effort of the Multi-Option ADR Project of the San Mateo County Superior Court, Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center and the San Mateo County Human Services Agency.

Any family involved with the juvenile dependency process referred by the court can use this program.

The Human Services Agency, lawyers, child advocates and family members may request that the court refer them to mediation.
