Public Access to Judicial Administrative Records
California Rules of Court, rule 10.500 sets forth comprehensive public access provisions applicable to judicial administrative records.
For Administrative Records
If you would like copies of judicial administrative records (not case records), please direct requests to:
administrativerecords@sanmateocourt.org
Requests shall include:
- Requester's name, organization or business, address, telephone number and e-mail address
- Description of information requested
- Indicate whether the requested records will be used to further any commercial, trade or profit interest
Records may be subject to payment of a fee (see Fee Guidelines and subdivision (e)(4) of rule 10.500).
