Pathways Program
Pathways is a program of the Mental Health Treatment Court of the San Mateo County Superior Court. Started in 2006, the goal of the Pathways Program is to serve offenders with serious mental illness including dual diagnoses to reduce recidivism and incarceration, stabilize housing, reduce acute care utilization, and engage and maintain active participation in personal recovery.

The Program helps participants with issues like:
- drug and alcohol treatment, and
- housing.
