Amended Order Assigning Duties of the Court, Effective May 19, 2026

It is ordered that beginning May 19, 2026, the following assignments shall be filled by the judge of the above‑entitled court, subject to changes made by the Presiding Judge. All prior orders not inconsistent with this order remain in full force and effect.

Collaborative Courts

CARE Court

Effective May 19, 2026, Hon. Sharon Cho shall serve as the CARE Court Judge in Redwood City and perform all other duties assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge.

Restitution Court

Effective June 5, 2026, Hon. Don R. Franchi shall serve as the Restitution Court Judge in Redwood City and perform all other duties assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge.
