Notice: Amended Local Rules effective January 1, 2011. Changes include Rules 4.6 and 4.77.14 amended to clarify calculation of days as "court days". Rule 5.13 B.3.b) amended to include "in person" attendance at orientation; 5.13 B 7 amended to add information on assignment of mediators; 5.13 B 9 amended on procedures for complaining about mediators.
