The Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo, is seeking public comment on its Proposed Baseline Budget Plan for Fiscal Year 2026–27, as required by Government Code section 68511.7.
The proposed budget is attached to this notice.
The proposed budget is available for public review at the Hall of Justice, 400 County Center, Redwood City, and on the Court’s website at sanmateo.courts.ca.gov. A printed copy may be requested from the Court Executive Office.
Written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026. Comments may be submitted:
