Hearing Schedules
Your claim must be filed in the appropriate Venue. Be sure you know where to file your claim.
Please note: If the proper venue for your small claims action is within San Mateo County, your filing must be submitted to the small claims clerk's office located in Room A of the Hall of Justice at 400 County Center, Redwood City, CA 94063.

Hearings are held in South San Francisco. Mondays: 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays: 8:30 a.m. Wednesdays: 1:30 p.m. Fridays: 1:30 p.m. |
| Night Court: |
Night Court is also available to Small Claims litigants. Cases are heard in Redwood City on first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Small claims Department. Please ask the Clerk for more information. |
