Hearing Schedules / Court Appearances
How to Schedule Traffic Court Appearances
If you have to go to traffic court, you must schedule your court appearance in advance. Same-day walk-ins are not available. You may reserve a court date over the phone with a court clerk.
Reserve early as space is limited. Note that you do NOT have to deposit bail:
- when asking for an arraignment hearing, or
- when asking for a court trial at your arraignment.
Court Appearances with an Officer Present
Refer to the How to Take Care of your Traffic Citation/Ticket section of our website for more information if you wish to plead not guilty without appearing in person.
