Pro Per (Self-Represented) Electronic Case Access

Parties who represent themselves in Family Law cases may request access to view their Family Law electronic records through the court’s website online case portal. If you are Pro Per (Self-Represented) on a case you can request access by filling out and signing the User Agreement for Access to Court Electronic Records. Each Family Law case number must be listed on page 3.

You must schedule an online appointment with the Records Division to process your request; walk-ins cannot be guaranteed service. Follow this link to schedule your appointment by selecting the Records -> Self Represented Portal Access option - In-Person Appointment.

Ensure that you fill out and bring the completed User Agreement for Access to Court Electronic Records [English] [Spanish]. Please be sure to write legibly and provide a valid email address so as not to delay processing.

You must provide a valid government issued ID to your appointment in order to verify your identity.

This service commences on August 12, 2024 for Family Law cases pursuant to Standing Order 24-180.
