Amended Order Assigning Duties of the Court - Effective June 1, 2026 and August 3, 2026

AMENDED ORDER ASSIGNING DUTIES OF THE COURT

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT THE FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENTS SHALL BE FILLED BY THE JUDGE OF THE ABOVE-ENTITLED COURT, SUBJECT TO SUCH CHANGES AS MAY LATER BE MADE BY THE PRESIDING JUDGE. THE FOLLOWING ARE THE AMENDED CHANGES TO ASSIGNMENTS. ALL PRIOR ORDERS NOT INCONSISTENT WITH THIS ORDER WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

1. FAMILY LAW JUDGE
   As of August 3, 2026, HON. DON R. FRANCHI shall act as Family Law Direct Calendar Judge in Redwood City and shall perform all other duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge.
2. TRIAL COURT JUDGE- REDWOOD CITY
   As of August 3, 2026, HON. CHINHAYI C. CADET shall act as Criminal Judge and Restitution Court Judge in Redwood City and shall perform all other duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge.
3. CIVIL GRAND JURY JUDGE
   As of June 1, 2026, HON. RENEE C. REYNA, shall act as Civil Grand Jury Judge. Such designation will expire on June 30, 2027.
