Goals
The goals of the Small Claims Mediation Program are to:
- Settle cases before the court hearing.
- Reduce the number of cases heard in Small Claims Court.
- Give parties the chance to create mutually agreeable solutions.
- Educate parties about the benefits and power of mediation.
- Provide experienced, skilled mediators to help parties reach agreements.
