Criminal: Mental Health Diversion
Instructions:
- File the screening form with the date you are requesting for the "To Set" date along with the supporting documentation with the clerk’s office.
- Serve the DA's office: DA_Mental_Health_Unit@smcgov.org
- When the clerk’s office accepts the form the eFile service provider will send the filed copy to the party’s email. The form will reflect the future date that has been set on the MHD calendar.
- Future court dates will remain as set until vacated by the Mental Health Judge or another Judicial Officer upon finding good cause.
