San Mateo County Superior Court Strategic Plan
The Court has completed its Strategic Plan for 2025–2027. Thank you to everyone that participated in the strategic planning survey in January. Feedback gained from the survey played a critical role in determining the key focus areas and goals identified on the Strategic Plan. The Court’s strategic planning team is currently developing its operational plan to accomplish the stated goals over the next three years.
